How to track your shipping?

You will be able to track your shipping in any moment using the shipping code you will receive once the item is sent.

Which are the delivery condition?

The items can be delivered directly at our show rooms, otherwise you can ask to have the item shipped nationally or internationally by professional carriers. The costs for shipping depends on the weight and the destination.

Is it possible to return the items?

The items can be returned ONLY if damaged during the shipping ( the carrier will be responsible for the damage ) or if they will be not matching with the order done,.

The items can not be returned once the order done and the payment confirmed.

How to contact the carrier?

Once the order confirmed and the payment done you will get a number through which you will be able to contact the carrier and track the shipping.

 

Is it possible to ship the items outside of Italy?

Yes of course: the costs for shipping depends on the seize of the package, his weight and the destination.
