MARIO FERRARI

Our tutus, created by the artist Mario Ferrari, are totally a "Made in Italy" product, realized in Umbertide (PG).

Mario Ferrari is a young creator, a real genius who entirely devoted himselfe to art, first as a student at the fine Arts Academy in Rome - where he studied painting and sculpture - then as a performer and a dancer, performing for more than 20 years across Italy and abroad.

He created costumes and sceneries for dance performances staged all over the world, many of them also received international prices.

His works have been seen and appreciated by hundreds of thousand people.

Our tutus, designed by the creative mind of Mario Ferrari, are made in the atelier located in the heart of Italy, in Umbertide, in the green region of Umbria: Italian creativity at the service for tradition which guarantees quality and charm for those who love the art of dance.

THE ATELIER

is based at OPLAS, a structure entirely dedicated to dance ( which, since 1993, hostes a theater, an internationally renowned professional dance company and a dance school ): a unique example in Italy dedicated to artistic creation and innovation many times mentioned among the Umbrian excellences. Initially born at the service of the dance company, over the years the atelier has opened up to numerous external requests giving life to a real production activity while maintaining a strong sartorial vocation

THE COLLECTION

Our tutu are distinguished by their refinement in matters of fabrics and decorations, as well as for the originality of the models: they are the result of many trips around the globe, experiences which continuously enrich our creations. Every year the collection is added with new models expressing the continuous stylistic research of Mario Ferrari.
